1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cards Race Universe (the “Game”), including related features, content, virtual items, in-app purchases, authentication flows, updates, and services made available by MnMPlex LLC (“MnMPlex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the applicable platform rules, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.
The Game is distributed through third-party platforms, including Apple, and may rely on third-party services such as Sign in with Apple, Apple in-app purchase infrastructure, Firebase Authentication, and Crashlytics. Your use of those platform and service features may also be subject to the applicable terms, billing rules, and technical requirements of those providers.
2. Nature of the Game and Entertainment Purpose
Cards Race Universe is a social casino and massively multiplayer entertainment product. It is designed for amusement only. The Game does not offer real-money gambling, cash redemption, real-world prizes, securities, investment opportunities, or any payout of funds, assets, or items of real-world monetary value. Any chips, credits, boosts, cosmetics, virtual currency, access rights, or other in-game benefits are part of a limited entertainment license only and have no cash value, no exchange value, and no ownership right outside the Game.
The Game is intended exclusively for users age 18 or older. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Game in your jurisdiction.
3. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, MnMPlex grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices and solely in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the Game.
You may not copy, sell, rent, lease, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, sublicense, exploit, or otherwise make the Game available except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law that cannot be waived.
4. Accounts, Authentication, and Platform Dependencies
Certain functions of the Game may require platform authentication or service-based access control, including Sign in with Apple and Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your platform credentials, device access, parental controls, and billing controls.
You may not share, sell, transfer, borrow, or otherwise allow another person to use your account, authentication method, or platform purchase access in a way that violates these Terms or platform rules. MnMPlex is not responsible for losses arising from compromised credentials, local device access, weak device security, or a failure to use available platform security tools.
5. Purchases, Virtual Items, and Billing
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual items, or other paid digital entitlements through Apple’s purchase systems or other authorized platform channels. All purchase decisions are made by you and are confirmed through the purchase flow provided by the platform. MnMPlex does not initiate hidden, background, or undisclosed charges.
All virtual items and paid entitlements are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred, assigned, traded, pledged, or converted into anything outside the Game unless a platform feature expressly requires such transfer by operation of law.
MnMPlex does not provide instant off-platform refunds in a manner that would violate platform rules or exceed the technical capabilities of the platform. Refunds, billing disputes, parental claims, mistaken-purchase claims, and charge-related reversals are handled through the applicable platform mechanisms and subject to platform rules and applicable law.
6. User Responsibility for Purchase Decisions
You are solely responsible for reviewing each purchase before confirming it. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the transaction was initiated and confirmed through the platform-controlled flow associated with your account or device settings.
MnMPlex does not accept unsupported demands for immediate reimbursement outside official platform channels. Claims that a purchase was made by a minor, by mistake, under family-device access, or without sufficient review do not obligate MnMPlex to bypass or override Apple’s or another platform’s billing, refund, parental control, or dispute procedures. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
• Modify, decompile, patch, reverse engineer, inject into, or otherwise tamper with the Game, its binaries, runtime memory, assets, protocols, or security mechanisms, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Alter, forge, replay, reroute, spoof, or falsify request headers, payload contents, parameters, tokens, responses, or other communications between the Game, platform services, and related infrastructure.
• Attempt to intercept, inspect, collect, redirect, decode, or exploit packets, traffic, sessions, or communications belonging to other players, other devices, or other platform users.
• Impersonate, mimic, simulate, or misrepresent another player, account, platform identity, device state, payment profile, entitlement state, or service identity.
• Use bots, automation, macros, scripts, emulators configured for abuse, packet tools, traffic modifiers, unauthorized overlays, or any system intended to obtain unfair progression, ranking, rewards, or purchasing outcomes.
• Exploit bugs, race conditions, pricing flaws, state desynchronization, refund loops, duplicate reward states, or economic loopholes for advantage.
• Use fraudulent payment methods, stolen cards, unauthorized wallets, compromised platform accounts, synthetic identities, chargeback schemes, refund abuse, or any other deceptive payment practice.
• Use another person’s payment instrument, Apple account, device purchase approval, or billing access without valid authorization.
• Attempt to bypass age gates, jurisdictional restrictions, payment controls, anti-fraud systems, or any platform review and approval process.
• Assist, encourage, organize, or distribute tools, instructions, or services that enable any prohibited activity described above.
8. Security, Anti-Fraud, and Enforcement
MnMPlex maintains a strict zero-tolerance position toward cheating, payment fraud, identity abuse, protocol manipulation, and other efforts to defeat the intended operation of the Game. Any attempted or completed act of code tampering, request forgery, billing abuse, unauthorized payment use, impersonation, packet interception, service circumvention, or similar misconduct may result in immediate enforcement action.
Enforcement may include warning-free suspension, permanent account termination, denial of future access, cancellation or restriction of in-game entitlements to the extent permitted by law and platform rules, and documentation or reporting of the case to Apple, platform operators, payment processors, authentication providers, security vendors, or other connected services where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, platform integrity, contractual compliance, chargeback management, or legal obligations.
9. No Circumvention of Game Logic
You may not attempt to bypass progression systems, economic balancing, reward logic, matchmaking logic, inventory logic, access restrictions, regional controls, pricing logic, or any other operational rule of the Game. This includes direct or indirect attempts to obtain unauthorized advantages, paid entitlements, premium access, or competitive benefits through technical manipulation, deception, or abuse of platform features.
Where MnMPlex determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a user has attempted to bypass the intended logic of the Game, MnMPlex may act immediately to protect the service, other players, and connected platforms.
10. Design Philosophy and Responsible Entertainment
Cards Race Universe is designed as an entertainment-first social casino experience. MnMPlex aims for a substantial portion of comfortable gameplay time to be supported without paid acceleration and currently targets approximately 90% subsidized or otherwise freely accessible ordinary play conditions as a product design objective. This is a design statement, not a guarantee of progression speed, content availability, rewards, or individualized outcomes.
MnMPlex also aims not to rely on fear-of-missing-out (“FOMO”) pressure tactics as a core monetization method. Time-limited events, optional offers, rotating content, or promotional messaging may still exist, but the Game is intended to remain recreational in character rather than coercive in purchase design. Estimated daily session duration for ordinary entertainment use is generally intended not to exceed two hours, although actual play time depends entirely on user choice.
11. Updates, Service Changes, and Availability
MnMPlex may update, patch, rebalance, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Game at any time, including features, events, virtual items, pricing, progression systems, or compatibility requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature, item, rank, or game mode.
The Game may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party service failures, platform actions, security reviews, fraud mitigation, or matters beyond our reasonable control.
12. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its code, audiovisual materials, text, characters, game systems, art, music, logos, trade dress, service marks, databases, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by or licensed to MnMPlex LLC and is protected by applicable law. Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you.
13. Privacy and Third-Party Services
MnMPlex’s collection and use practices are described in the applicable Privacy Policy for the Game. MnMPlex does not state in these Terms that it stores user-identifying data on its own servers or on infrastructure rented by MnMPlex for routine game operation. However, your use of the Game may involve platform and service providers such as Apple, Firebase Authentication, Sign in with Apple, and Crashlytics, which may process certain information within the scope of their services, policies, and legal obligations.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that third-party platforms and services may be technically necessary to authenticate access, process purchases, support crash reporting, prevent abuse, and operate platform-level account functions.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. MnMPlex does not warrant that the Game will meet every expectation, that defects will always be corrected, or that the Game will always be secure against third-party misuse.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MnMPlex LLC and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and distribution partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, virtual items, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the Game or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MnMPlex’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid to MnMPlex through the Game during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
16. Suspension and Termination
MnMPlex may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Game at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Game or other users, triggered fraud or abuse controls, or acted in a way that exposes MnMPlex or connected platforms to operational, legal, or financial harm.
Serious violations—including attempted or actual code modification, request manipulation, identity mimicry, payment fraud, use of another person’s payment instrument without authorization, or technical attacks on the Game—may result in immediate permanent bans without prior notice, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
17. Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MnMPlex LLC, excluding conflict-of-law principles. If mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence grants you additional rights, those rights remain unaffected.
18. Changes to These Terms
MnMPlex may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will become effective when posted with a revised effective date, unless applicable law requires additional notice. Your continued use of the Game after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
